7 Simple Habits Make Miracle Self-discipline

Despite the difficulties, we try to be a little more persistent. And discipline is that what we need to enrich ourselves. The 7 simple habits make miracle self-discipline and I have found something interesting from Brian Tracy’s training lessons.

It is true that there are many qualities of a successful person and makes them successful. And in that one of the most important qualities is self-discipline. This is something that we cannot lack to achieve some things, people often think that they cannot do, but still be able to finish successfully, contrary to your expectations.

Habit 1: Goals Setting

The first habit is, obtaining the goals setting thought and behavior as what we attempt to. The goals setting is not what is really big or a huge work to put yourself for a future or long term achievement in the immediate time. That might be the subtle things you may miss every day. For instance, obtaining a habit that every morning for 3 to 5 minutes to write down 10 of your most important goals during the current work for the beginning of the day, you will be able to incorporate them into your mind and do. Keep these goals in mind throughout the day, as this will provide opportunities as well as possibilities to help you get there faster.

Habit 2: Planning and Organizing

Once you obtain your goal of the day in mind, you will stick to that for the day, which makes you focus on what you’re going to do. To accomplish the goals you can arrange a small plan and organize it with your daily time frame, and it will be breakdown and aligned to what to do in the morning, afternoon, and evening or more as you can.

From the whole day, what you have done and what is not, you can also review at the end of the day shortly. Take a few minutes before going to bed to plan for the next day, always working on a set schedule and always thinking of ideas on paper. These are the strength and the main energy for self-discipline also helps to increase work efficiency.

Habit 3: Priority Setting

For this habit, it aimed to make ourselves regularly understand to define and especially prioritize our tasks to see which is important to accomplish during the day and make our work or productivity high effective.

Thus, self-management, time and life, managing and prioritizing tasks are the most important. In order to carry out work smoothly and efficiently. That’s what we need to learn to eliminate the unimportant things or get rid of the things that are not relevant to our main goals or tasks. To persistent this, you may see yourself differently from time to time.

Habit 4: Concentration on your Highest-Value Activities

When you can filter out all irrelevant things of our daily main tasks, so you can spend more time to concentrate on what is value and highest result to us instead of other not. Thus, you can define what you have to focus on today from your priority setting list. And I suggest just get some very important things or only one and you think that after accomplishing those tasks will provide you more results of your core work of the day. Then spare most of the time and your energy to do that, to produce you a concentration on highest-value activities.

Habit 5: Exercise and Proper Nutrition

Of course, the one more important thing toward all of the people and not differ from successful or ordinary people, health will role the core effect to our lives. Health is very important for everyone, and trying to exercise regularly and eat the right foods supports the body. To be healthy is to balance both wisdom and spirit in the work as well as the best life. Let’s regulate the habit of doing exercise and accurate your meal routine with proper nutrition.

Habit 6: Learning and Growth

First, we have to adapt our thought to understand the knowledge. And it is to give people a beautiful ideal, to pursue the road that is not far away, and to open the true meaning of life value. To expand knowledge, we must first open the warehouse of knowledge storage, which is the cumulative growth of learning.

Knowledge is more like a sharp knife without sharpening. However, further training and self-improvement will also help to stimulate everyone’s knowledge and skills to make them more suitable for their own life skills.

In brief, we have to change our minds to see more importance of our growth and learning for that. Continuous learning to figure out something we still do not yet know or get to understand by involving our time and energy. Finally, we can take it to solve what will be the problem or obstacle to your life in the future.

Habit 7: Time for Important People in your Life

After all, I think you will have more time from the hard work day, and you will be easy to get more time for important people in your life or your family. Likewise, if we are determined to successfully complete our work, each of us will move forward. In this environment, there is no need to force ourselves to be too busy with work and not have time to accompany the important people in our lives. Instead, spend more time with family, friends, and important people around us to communicate. Doing the same thing often will also help us achieve a better balance in life.

Of course, the 7 simple habits make miracle self-discipline that I have learned from from Brian Tracy training lessons, and it’s fascinating to make my self-discipline and ready to get to the successful life.
