It was one of the leadership programs I have attended, and organized by AIESEC Cambodia. After completing the course, it was required all attendees to form together about 10 teams to spread out their idea to design a business plan for a contest. Then my team and I were working together and eligible in the top five teams for the final contest. The topic was about healthy drinks mainly focused on soymilk (we called the Bean House). It was an interesting topic, but we still failed because our plan and presentation were not enough to convince all judges.
