Ultimate Pioneer for Youth (អ្នកស្វែងរកចុងក្រោយសំរាប់យុវជន) – UPY is an abbreviation for Ultimate Pioneer for Youth of Cambodian (UPY) aimed at youth’s capacity building, encouraging, leading, motivating, exchanging and sharing ideas among Cambodian youth. UPY is attempting to train the youth to become a key human resource of great thinkers for the benefit of the entire society.
